I have had 2 previous versions of this website. The first was atrocious
and I am glad that no record of it survives. The colors were horrible
as was the navigation. You could go so far as to say that there wasn't
really any clear navigation. But hey, I was learning.
Last summer (2001) I rolled out Version 2.
While this version evolved, I got a better grasp of HTML code. There were
little tweaks; things added and removed from the side bars. But for the
most part, this is pretty much as it first appeared. You can tell that
the code is still a mess (and I haven't bothered to clean it up), but
it is a huge step up from what it was before.

Version 3 was created for a web design course
I took at Oberlin College. I originally
envisioned the page having iframes but they didn't work as I expected
(maybe I just coded them incorrectly) and they weren't supported by the
still widely used Netscape 4.x. This version relies heavily on Stylesheets
and Javascript so the code is much neater and contains less formatting
information than previous iterations.
